ImageJ plugin:
The plugin is built into ImageJ 1.37 and tested on Windows XP, MAC OS, and Suse Linux 9.0.

Installation:

Stand-alone software:
Windows:
Download ChemotaxisAndMigrationTool.zip to your computer, unzip and start Release\Chemotaxis.exe.
Linux:
Compile the source code to the target system.

ImageJ plugin:
Download the plugin to the ImageJ plugins folder and restart ImageJ. To start the plugin go to the ImageJ plugins menu.

Description:

This software is a free tool for analyzing chemotactical or migration data obtained by video microscopy.
It's made for ibidi's µ-Slide Chemotaxis and µ-Slide Chemotaxis 3D - chambers for visual chemotaxis assays - or similar experimental set-ups.

History:

2010/06/28 (V 2.0):
Stand-alone version independent from ImageJ.
The software is based on the QT Open Source Edition
(Read licence information)
More convenient handling.
Data can be rotated.
Many plot functions improved including e.g. colors, line width, and text.

2007/02/23 (V 1.01):
Standard deviation added to info panel.
Graphs can now be scaled manually.
Scaling is also active for plot animation.
Animation can now be marked manually.

2006/12/01 (V 1.0):
First version.
