In cooperation with nanion technologies ibidi designed the fluidics of the NPC©-16s to the NPC©-16p chips for automated electrophysiology. 16 measurements can be performed on this unique liquid handling platform.

Increasing throughput of patch-clamp experiments by a factor of 100 nanions NPC©-16p is the first step in the direction of high throughput screening in electrophysiology.

The NPC©-16s and NPC©-16p chips are single-use disposables and are optimized for low liquid consumption and fast perfusion.
