PumpControl software

The PumpControl software is used to take full control over the ibidi Pump System. The software allows automated flow control for flow assays. Calculation of flow rate, shear rate and shear stress is easy and comfortable.

Description

The PumpControl software is essential for the full control of the ibidi Pump System. With PumpControl you set up perfusion experiments and create automated flow assays. The program automatically calculates flow rates, shear rates and shear stresses for experiments in ibidi µ-slides.

Installation

Latest official release: v1.5.0 (2011/03/16)
For users with ibidi Pumps with Firmware v1.01 please use release: v.1.4.4

To experience the functionalities of the PumpControl software and to see how the program works you can start the software even without an ibidi Pump System.

Installation steps:

1. Download the Installation CD and unpack it on your hard disk.
   Installation CD for Windows XP (zip file, 162 MB)
   Installation CD for Windows 7 (zip file, 162 MB)
2. Run "setup.exe". Please make sure that you have administrator rights.
3. Confirm upcoming questions and wait until the installation is completed.
4. Finally, it is recommended to restart the computer.
