Is oil-immersion microscopy possible with the ibidi Heating Systems for multiwell plates?
No, the ibidi Heating System, Multiwell Plate – Blue Line and the ibidi Heating System Multiwell Plate – Silver Line are not compatible with oil immersion, because the Heated Glass Bottom is inserted between the bottom of the multiwell plate and the objective lens. Therefore, it is not possible to put oil onto the objective lens in this setup.
