How is the Culture-Insert fixed onto the dish?

The Culture-Insert is made of a biocompatible silicone material. The silicone has a sticky surface at the bottom side, which is designed to adhere (stick) onto any flat, dry, even surface. This material is soft enough to stick onto the surface. You can simply fix it by pressing on the insert with a sterile tweezer.
